Winning HYIP
Investing
Strategy Guide
Presentation
Let me introduce myself.
I'm the equivalent to an Associate
Professor in a great Brazilian university with a D.Sc in theoretical
Physics and a one year Postdoctoral study in Artificial Intelligence. If
you search the Internet you will surely find
some of my works on those fields.
I invested in stocks for some years
without putting much energy in it. From 2005 to 2006 I invested in the
currency market (Forex) having developed Expert Advisors and indicators
like my
SureShot with some
success in eBay but I gave it up tired of pip hunting by the brokers,
suspicious differences in data feeds, unexpectedly "spikes", etc.

Now I’m working in HYIP market and
believe me or not I find this quite more predictable!
I will not discuss what HYIP (High Yield
Investment Program) is here. A plain
Google™ research should provide you enough information. Please be sure
to read a very
critical article at Wikipedia™ to temper most cheerleading material
found there.
Instead
I want to prove you that
it is possible to make profit from HYIPs!
I have invested in about 150 HYIPs until
now. I made my first HYIP investment on 22-Jun-2007. Old
OpenTrade,
7-Forever,
A3Union,
NY-Finance and
RelaxBusiness good days. At the end of August, I lost about 75% of my
capital due to the
e-gold HYIP hunting. But it seems I’ve learned one thing or two.
I’m not pretending I have any kind of
inside info.
My
strategy resides in a scientific analysis of public available data.
Basic investment
strategy
If it is true that 95% of people lose
money in Forex this number probably raises to 99.9% in HYIP. I lost
$10,000 in a Brazilian HYIP three years ago thinking I was investing in
Forex when I had not yet heard about HYIP. That I was definitely not
prepared to lose. I even did the paramount newbie mistake: I made a loan
to invest. I'm literally paying for it till now. It simply ruined my home
balance. Therefore, I came to this market with a very cautious
attitude.
Starting from scratch without any
trustable guru, I developed myself the reasonable strategy below that I
believed would minimize my losses.
FREE! Get it here
Choosing where and
when to invest
The simple money management strategy
above will surely help you reduce your losses. Even if a few of the HYIPs
in your portfolio disappear with your money, the remaining ones should
compensate with profits.
But how
to decide which HYIP I shall invest into?
It’s very easy
to choose 10 scams and to lose all your money! HYIP market is a
highly voracious one!
It’s
like go swimming with sharks with a bleeding wound.

That was my challenge.
The reasonable strategy above was not
enough. By picking the HYIPs everybody was investing into, I lost many
hundreds of hard-earned dollars!
I realized that I needed a better way to
choose the HYIPs I would invest.
However, how to carry out a
due diligence if
there are no public registries, no BBB listings, no bankers or brokers to
confirm anything? Contacting any regulatory authorities will simply result
in a possible sound program being shut down earlier.

Names, addresses, telephone numbers,
identities, certificates of incorporation, IP addresses, statistics, can
all be easily faked. I don’t know if
this
letter is authentic or a plain urban legend but its cynical content on
identity fraud is frightening.

There is no way to do
fundamental
analysis here. We have no access to HYIPs’ financial statements and
therefore no
financial ratios can be calculated. Economical indicators effect on
HYIP marked is not clear too.

On the other hand, how to do
technical
analysis here with so little reliable info? I don’t know of any MACD,
‘Bollinger Bands’ or other
indicators
applicable to HYIP.
Most
HYIP gurus insist in Monitor sites and Forums.
As you probably know Monitors are
commercial sites intended to make money from advertising HYIPs. That
means, paid by the HYIPs they are supposed to monitor. Most of them rank a
few HYIPs as “diamond”, “premium” or something funny like that simply
because they pay more or display the monitor seal on their sites, one hand
washing the other. In most cases, they keep their ‘Paying’ status as long
as they are being paid by the HYIP regardless if other investors are
likewise being paid! Most of them are mere PAID
POSTERS!

Therefore,
Monitor sites are no reliable sources when choosing HYIPs to invest!
(There are a very few
monitors that deserve some trust however.
You should make your own research however, as trust is not transferable.)
Forums are made from investors’ opinions
about programs they are investing (or promoting to receive referral bonus)
into. Since HYIPs are Ponzi schemes in principle, every investor is eager
for more people pouring fresh money in the HYIPs they already are in. The
more fresh money they get, the more chances they have to receive their
principal back with some profit. As Warren buffet so humorously put
formulating a pos-Newtonian Fourth Law of Motion: “For investors as a
whole, returns decrease as motion increases.”

On the other hand, the most honest
feedback can go no further than “it paid me till now”. Jumping from this
to “it will pay you tomorrow” is an example of
inductive
reasoning or
bandwagon fallacy that will surely fail. It’s as reasonable and logic
as saying “my grandma is 80-old now and she is fine therefore she is
'stable' and will live forever.” HYIPs close without any announce the day
or hour before.

Therefore,
Forums too are no reliable sources when choosing HYIPs to invest!
(Please don’t
understand me bad! I have nothing against Forums.
I browse TalkGold every single day and post payments almost as often.)
Fortunately, after many days of research
reading everything I could about HYIP until my eyes were starting to pop
out of my sockets and thinking about it until I got headaches
a faint picture started to develop in my mind!

All HYIP fail
sooner or later. History proves that.
The trick is to make profit before it fails! As Warren Buffet
said, “the giddy participants all plan to leave [Cinderella’s
ballroom] just seconds before midnight [when the gigantic
valuations will return to “pumpkins and mice”]. There’s a
problem, though: They are dancing in a room in which the clocks have no
hands.” That's the core of my strategy: to get an accurate working
clock in the midst of the crazy HYIP ballroom.
Let me make it clear. I have no inside
info. I have no crystal ball, just a mere Excel spreadsheet.
My strategy resides in a scientific analysis of
public available data. I cannot say if a specific HYIP will
last until plan term or not just like an insurance company cannot say how
long you will live. But the company can take your personal details like
age, gender, profession, lifestyle, medical history, etc. to calculate an
average value according to their model which will base their acceptance of
your policy and the premium you will have to pay for it. You know it's
simply a gamble between you and the insurance company in which the company
bets that they'll take in more money in premiums than they have to pay out
in benefits.
As you know I'm a scientist, I was
trained to look for patterns. I browse the more than 150 HYIP I've
invested into (62% of which scammed me) for patterns on some parameters
(those publicly available ones) related to their sites, investment plans,
promotion efforts, etc. Then I make statistical correlations and
modellings looking for significant differences between the good ones that
lasted till the end of my investment and the bad ones that ran away with
my money.
I usually have 10 to 20 promising new
HYIPs under observation all the time with the following basic
characteristics: payout within 1% and 6% daily, investment term from 25 to
250 days, R.O.I. at least principal+80%. (I have not yet succeeded with
too short and/or too highly promising HYIPs and therefore I simply skip
them) I put their parameters into my model and make a bet on the more
promising ones.

Actually, about
95% of those quite reasonable HYIPs are discarded after a few
days or weeks without getting a green sign. Curiously enough, many most
cheered HYIPs with “paying” status on monitors and forums are deleted from
my list before seeing even a penny of mine while I may jump into a new
HYIP while forum posters are still “watching” or “waiting for admin”. As I
said before it's not enough to me to know (from monitors and forums) that
they are paying - I try to predict if they will
keep paying or not. That is the difference between my
indications and monitor's and forums' ones.
If and when anyone of them gets a go
signal according to my analysis I make a test spend to it. If everything
goes OK, the deposit appears in my account (it doesn’t always happen, do
you know that?) and I succeed to withdraw earnings to my e-currency
account without a glitch, then, and only then, I will indicate it in
HYIPsletter.
Every time an investment ends, either
because my investment plan terminated (remember – I never reinvest) or
because the program stopped paying, my modelling updates itself
automatically probably refining its future previsions.
Following that primitive ideas and tuning
them into a strategy during the following months increased my confidence
as profits started to systematically accrue in my balance since its
implementation.
And it's working quite well as you can
see from this graph where I plot my success rate between successful HYIP
choices (still paying earnings or already closed in profit) and those that
scammed me for each week period since I started!

And I have even
succeeded in improving my strategy on the beginning of December!

HopaxTrade,
VigilTrade. Well, the last five would be rejected by my present
criteria. On the other hand, we could do nothing but helplessly observe
promising HYIPs collapsing one after another during
subprime
crisis peak last March.
(But please don’t be a
smart guy and look for my posts in forums trying to discover which HYIPs
I’m investing in. I start posting into a specific program thread only when
I believe it’s too late to invest in it!
Subscribers definitely deserve some advantages!)
Do I commit
errors? Of course I do! The 100% point in the graph above means
nothing more that none of the HYIPs I invested in that period defrauded me
yet but notice the uprising tendency since strategy inception, especially
after its above-mentioned improvement! Scientists say there are
two kinds
of errors, which would translate here as 1) indicating a HYIP that
closes prematurely (false positive) and 2) passing up a HYIP
that turns into a success (false negative). Well, I’m trying
to follow Buffet’s two Rules: “Rule No.1: Never lose money. Rule No.2:
Never forget rule No.1.” I mean, following my stringent criteria I
surely often commit false negative error and pass up highly cheered HYIPs
my subscribers may miss, as I said. But those are simply lost
opportunities of making money. On the other hand,
I work hard to avoid false positive error as much as I can
because this one takes money out of our pockets so fast that it can make
us go broke in an eyeblink!
Now, my friend, I truly believe that
knowledge is a cultural asset and its benefits shall be returned. I felt
the need to share my experience and decided to create
HYIPsletter.
It was intended to help you making profit from the HYIP “market”.
If you choose from the programs indicated in
HYIPsletter your chance
to profit can increase dramatically!
Therefore, let us to improve the simple
strategy above with the help of HYIPsletter:
11) Invest to the HYIPs indicated as soon
as you receive a new HYIPsletter
issue. Avoid investing too late. If you don’t invest till the next day
of HYIPsletter
delivery forget about the HYIPs therein. It is better to wait for the
next issue than to invest too late;
12) Test them with the minimum amount
allowed for each program. This value depends on the program and should
be clearly indicated on the HYIP site. It may be as low as $1 but can be
any other value like $20, $50 or $100. I will rarely indicate a HYIP
with a minimum invest value higher than $10 however. I advise you not to
invest much money on any HYIP until you are confident on this strategy.
F.A.Q
Why should I pay
for it if you are succeeding in making money?
I don’t need your subscription money at all! You do need to pay it because
human beings unfortunately don’t give value to what is obtained for free!
It was hard work building my strategy and I don’t want you to
underevaluate it.
Don’t I have
access to the same information in Monitor sites?
If you understood what I wrote above about Monitors you already know the
answer is a solemn NO. Summarizing, monitor feedbacks say that a
particular HYIP has paid them until today, I indicate HYIPs
that have a high probability of paying you till investment term!
